Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts entered into by LOU Jewellery ("LOU", "we", or "us"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Bespoke and made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned, as each piece is crafted to the client’s specific requirements. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your bespoke piece, we are happy to review and attempt to resolve them on a case-by-case basis.

Rings from our collection that are “Ready to Ship” or in stock can be exchanged for another piece from our collection or used as credit towards a bespoke item. Any returned jewellery must be unworn, undamaged, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.

Bespoke, made-to-order, engraved, or resized items are classified as Special Orders. As these items are crafted or customised specifically for you, they cannot be exchanged or returned.

DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, an exchange, or a refund. The faulty item must be returned to us before we can issue a replacement.
